We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and air quality reasons, opened or used HVAC filters are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Exchanges
